Step 1: Start With Search-Worthy Research

I start every content planning session inside ChatGPT—an AI tool I use weekly to generate ideas, refine messaging, and speed up my workflow.

Prompt ChatGPT:

Give me 8 topics a woman who loves shopping for home décor, especially wall frames, clocks, or mirrors, might be interested in based on Pinterest or Google Trends.”

The goal: Find real content ideas that your audience is actually searching for.

Step 2: Refine the Angle

Found a promising topic? Ask ChatGPT:

“What’s a unique or fresh angle we can take on this?”

Example: Instead of “How to hang a wall mirror,” try “How to hang a mirror without damaging your wall (or waking up to it crashing down).”

Step 3: Add Your Voice

Before generating content, I tell ChatGPT:

“Ask me 10 questions I can answer in my own voice on this topic.”

This helps me infuse personal stories, tips, and authenticity into every email.

Step 4: Sprinkle in Surprising Data

Ask:

“Is there a quirky or surprising stat related to this topic my ICA would enjoy?”

Fun fact: The first mirror was made in 6000 BC. Imagine being that guy.

Step 5: Organize Into a Blog Post

Now ask ChatGPT:

“Organize this into a friendly, skimmable blog post without losing my tone or key ideas.”

Edit as needed to keep it on-brand and relatable.

Step 6: Turn It Into a Tuesday Email

Format your email using the following framework:

  • Hook: Grab attention fast
  • What: What they’ll learn
  • Link: Direct to the blog or video with a reason to click
  • Proof: Stat, story, or testimonial to boost credibility
